We purchased many pieces of this cookware. I used one of the pots for a Thanksgiving meal and I noticed that the bottom and sides were scratched.

This was very disappointing. I tried to file a warranty claim, but the site just kept going in a loop. When we purchased these, we were told this is a hassle-free process, but we have had nothing but hassles. None of the other pots or pans have done this, so we are hoping this is just a fluke.

I bought HexClad pans from Costco and have only used them for less than a month. Im very disappointed because one of the pans has already chipped, making it unusable.

Hi Chetna, After taking a look at your cookware, it appears that you have some build-up and burnt-on residue on your pan. This is not uncommon but it is a quick fix.

Since HexClad pans are made from a patented hybrid technology and contain stainless steel, temporary staining or accumulation of build-up may occur. Over the years we have found that these issues are often the result of using very high temperatures while cooking. However, there is no reason to be alarmed. The great thing about our cookware is that build-up and staining are easily removable with the right tools.

Our experts recommend using a neutral pH cleanser, polymer based sponge, and lukewarm water. A video of this can be found here: bit.ly/HexClean After the build-up has been removed, it is very important that you re-season your cookware to reactivate its non-stick qualities. You can re-season your cookware by following these steps here: bit.ly/HexSeasoning It is crucial that this process be repeated 2 to 3 times before cooking for best results. It is important to remember that our pans perform best on low to medium heat.

The use of high heat during cooking will cause burnt oil residue and unsightly build-up and will interfere with the nonstick capabilities of our cookware. I ordered two pans with lids. Pans arrived and are great but no lids received.

Three days to get an email response but only to say they wanted photos of the product and delivery slip. I am sure they have their own copies of the slips which i have lost.

No UK phone number available to call and discuss. Wretched service.

You cannot print any label to return if you're not satisfied with your purchase. I did purchase two of them, so when I returned them, I had to pay $86 with FedEx to ship it back.

When I called them, they didn't even want to hear it. They made so many excuses. So, if you ever think of buying it, please order from Amazon.

At least you can return it if you don't like it. I've learned a lesson that cost me $86.

I ordered a set of HexClad cookware on 4 July, and following the instructions given to return the boxes (UNOPENED), I shipped through FedX and received confirmation of delivery to HexClad with a signature. To date, I have been on the merry-go-round of excuses as to why I have not been refunded my money.

I have provided complete documentation and have spoken with several representatives. I am LIVID.

It's important to season your pans as well as use a small amount of oil on items that are more likely to stick. If you have any questions about seasoning your pan, check out this link: bit.ly/HexSeasonPage . Additionally, sticking can often be caused by cooking on too high of a temperature. We recommend lowering the level of the heat of your stovetop dial.

Since our pans were engineered to conduct heat VERY efficiently, much lower heat is needed for the same results on higher heats in other cookware.

Well where do I begin? We purchased the cookware set and a wok at Costco as it seemed like a fair price and needed to replace our cookware at our Michigan and Connecticut homes.

After that purchase , we also decided to purchase 2- rectangular Griddles I tried 8 times only to be told to check with my financial institution ?

They told me , there was no reason the purchase could not go through on OUR end , and that it must be something causing this at Hexclad !

Upon reaching out several time , I gave up and decided HEXCLAD DID NOT WANT OHR BUSINESS period.

I d coded to try trusty old AMAZON , and was able to order without an issue. How amazing is that?

I wish we would have done that before trying with the company directly

Less than 2 months after purchasing my hexclad cookware set they became scratched and started peeling and the company does not respond to messages. On further review I find that the company is using forever chemicals ( PTFE ) in their non-stick coating which is extremely dangerous to your health causing prostate cancer, testicular cancer, liver damage, thyroid disease, asthma, newborn death, low birth weight, decreased fertility for women, increase blood pressure for pregnant women, developmental behavioral changes in children, and interference with hormone production along with obesity and reduced immune response.

I sent back a pan for a return and exchange due to black scratches on the metal that was there upon opening. Customer service accepted my return and exchange request and told me to send it back through Yodel.

I sent it back on the 2nd of November. After more than 10 emails to customer support asking for any kind of update, still nothing.

At this point I don't know what more I can do. This has to be one of the worst customer service I've had to deal with.

Return Label

This is my second order with Hexclad. I was promised a $75 off of the next order.

I came in through a firm the $75 was not taken off of my order. Also, I placed my order within a couple of weeks all of everything that I ordered went on sale. I ordered the pots and pans for $379, they went on sale for $359. I also ordered the 5.5 quart saucepan that was $209 that went on sale $169 it was within the 14 days of my purchase., So its my understanding that I would get the sale price.

I would like to resolve this issue that I have and keep the pans. But if not, I would like a return label and I will return the items and maybe order them at a later date when I can get my issue resolved.

Horrible customer service and products are not worth the price. I bought ten pieces sets almost one year ago, and all my pans are sticking now.

It took me over three weeks to speak to customer service, and they told me I didn't know how to use their products. I tried to tell them that I did not use the high heat. I was frying the eggs, and they still stuck. Their answer was they could not do anything about it because it was not under warranty.

They are using big celebrity chef to promote their products, and their products are not even close to high standards. I will never recommend that product to anyone.

Double griddle did not meet my expectations at all

In a text from hexclad was told someone one contact me and tell me how to make return

Right now the double griddle is sitting on my counter in the white thin foam bag in the gray bag in the box ready to go

All other pots and pans are great

Double griddle I am just not happy with
