Resolved: Food sticking to 7” pan. Warranty request submitted on 1/27/2025
Gave me directions on cleaning and re-seasoning the pan. After 4 attempts that seemed to have resolved my issue.
Glad it resolved the issue.
Really love the pans when working as should. Re-season your pans often.

I am so unhappy with this set. I have tried to return these numerous times, and I was one week after the 30-day return window and would not let me return.
They have AI reach out to me asking for picks, then they send me videos on how to season my pans. I am stuck seasoning my pans weekly, and there are still the same issues with pans sticking. I don’t even enjoy cooking anymore.
I never put them in the dishwasher; I spend too much time washing these, and I don’t want them. Please let me return them for a full refund.

However they are easily removable with the right tools. Our experts recommend using our approved cleanser, use a neutral pH cleanser, polymer based sponge, and lukewarm water. You can re-season your cookware by following these steps here: bit.ly/HexSeasoning It is crucial that this process be repeated 2 to 3 times before cooking for best results.
If you're experiencing difficulties with eggs or omelets, adjusting the heat to low to medium and using a bit more oil or butter may help.

There pans are way too over priced for their performance and results. Ive purchased pans for a fraction of the price that lhave lasted a lot longer, and done a much better job.
I paid nearly $700 for six pots and pans as a Christmas gift to myself last year. Ive only had this set for one year and the pans are sticking all the time, whether it's to sauté vegetables or fry chicken. Especially sticks when I make eggs or French toast.
I seasoned all the pots and pans per the instructions. I have some knock off brands of hex clad that do a much better job and our fraction of the price.

Hexclad product is not good quality! I did everything to answer all the information they asked me, but until now, no replacement of their peeling off Hexclad product!
They will ask you for the number embedded in their product that you cannot even see or feel with your fingertips.
Even then, I used a magnifying glass, and it is still hard to read those embedded numbers they put on their products. I'm not happy with their products!

I got a full set of hexclad for Christmas. Just opened the box as we just moved into our new home.
One of the reasons I went with Hexclad is that they promoted no sticking. I seasoned the whole set and am disappointed. Photo enclosed is eggs after pan seasoning and healthy spray of oil.
Not happy at all with my choice. Ideas?

Health concern
I got bounced around to two or three different people and different websites. One website instructed me to make a five dollar payment to speak to a technician.
So far, the client hasn't done a thing to resolve my problem. I am seriously considering getting a lawyer to litigate my situation.
I would like a full refund in lieu of the fact that the cookware that I purchased was sold under false pretenses and misleading information. The product is, in fact, toxic when used.

Verified ReviewerUPS has still failed to deliver my package
UPS was supposed to have delivered my package this past weekend. Their message said 'missed customer for delivery.' I was not notified at all by my apartment door or mailbox.
Once again, they said it would be delivered today between 2 and 6. I've tracked the driver, who has had my package since before 10 this morning.
They said between 2 and 6, still nothing. I've signed up for text messages from them, and still nothing.

Horrible!! Frustrating!
I have tried and tried to contact someone about this. However, nothing has worked.
I cannot pay when I do not know who or what I am paying for. PLEASE SOMEONE CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS MATTER.

I found small scratches on a pan. I never use metal on my pans.
I never put my pans in the dishwasher. Hexclad claims the pans wont scratch, even if metal utensils are used and they wont scratch if you put them in the dishwasher. The claim is untrue and they wont honor the warranty.
I bought a set of pans, a set of pots, a cast iron pan, a roaster, knives, a small pan and a larger fry pan. Also, they claim the knives are sturdy, but the tips bent.

Hi! Our pans are scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof.
The patented laser-etched stainless steel hexagon design is raised above the surface allowing you to use metal utensils making it more resistant to scratching. Metal spatulas, whisks, spoons, and other metal utensils are fine, but sharp utensils could leave a scratch. If this happens it is only cosmetic, and it will not affect the performance or safety of the cookware.
