I got an automated response with a series of questions .zero contact since then . Impossible to actually speak to anyone .

Missing item still never arrived . Would never recommend and will never order again .

I was just looking to see what my final price would be for a customer of mine. Advertently ordered the items, and I tried to cancel my order immediately However, it won’t allow me to do so.

Hex squad website would not allow me to cancel my order when I accidentally ordered it. There is no phone support and the only way you can get a hold of them is through email or text.

They say they will answer my questions and try to get a can next week, however it could take one to five working days. This is ridiculous. I should be able to cancel an order immediately after I placed it if I need to. I am a reseller and a service is disabled and own business.

I uploaded my tax exempt certificate and I was told that it has to be hand carried into the store. There is no store where I live . They have a very terrible customer service department.

Basically nonexistent. I was suggested if you can order from another website or company to do so resteraunt.com or some other Resteraunt Supply company.

Warranty issue

I had a good experience but I had to do it through their website and email. I was not able to speak to anyone over the phone.

I took a video and picture of my 12 pan which was easy through the link they sent to me. They approved my warranty claim in about an hour and are sending me a new pan.

I’m not impressed either

I ordered the small 8 inch sauté/frying pan when they first appeared as an infomercial. I have never been happy with it.

I now only use it when sautéing something in olive oil or butter because of the heat requirement and ANYTHING else sticks!

I actually have a cheap pan that works great for everything and its my first go to pan but if I have to use 2 pans and the second is for something that requires butter or oil I will use the Hexclad. I did try to return it within the first month I had it but to no avail and THEY are not worth my health (high blood pressure) Their customer service/support was worthless.
