Dissatisfied
Pans stick and are already discolored. I received them as a gift from my daughter who is on military orders.
Don't have order info. Ordinarily priced garbage.

Preferred solution: Replacement to see if they are as good as you insist. Maybe mine are defective.

Warped 13 inch pan after 1 use in medium heat
- Largest pan warped and won’t sit flat on an electric stove after one use.

My largest pan is not sitting flat on my electric stove top after a single use.
I never turned the burner past medium high and I did not leave it on very long,
but it definitely has a wobble now.. whats your return or warranty policy onthis situation?
(I included pictures of a pan that looks new!)

Dear Customer,
Unfortunately, warping is not covered under our lifetime warranty.
Warping can occur when pans are exposed to sudden, extreme changes in temperature or are consistently exposed to very high temperatures. We do not recommend putting cool or cold water into a hot pan or submerging any hot cookware in cold water. These sudden changes in temperature may cause the metal to warp, resulting in an uneven base.
At this time, HexClad will be unable to replace your cookware under warranty. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Im very unhappy about your decision not to take ownership of this.
I did not stick a hot pan in cold water!
Im 67 years old and have had many sets of cheap cookware and just became financially able to buy the good stuff.
I know how to treat pots and pans! Ive had a set of queen cookware for 50 years
Now I know youre not standing behind your product..got it!

Resolved: Mine the food sticks to. I’m disappointed with the product for what you pay.
If I paid shipping & handling. I didn’t take a return why should I pay. I left it alone I don’t think their going to move.
Had the pans about 6 months and don't cook on high, and my food is sticking to the pan. I'm disappointed because for the price you pay, this should not happen. Otherwise, I did like them.

Runaround on customer service - No respect for Amazon Customers
- Bought an 8-inch HexClad pan for $100.
- Fried eggs were a mess; scrambled eggs worked.
- Customer service didn't stand behind the product; avoid HexClad.
I had a terrible experience with HexClad after purchasing an 8-inch pan on Amazon for about $100.
I followed their guidance to use low heat with repeated seasoning. Scrambled eggs were fine, but fried eggs left a gunky mess that was very hard to clean.
What made things worse was the company's response.
Customer service gave me the runaround instead of standing behind their product - supposedly a lifetime warranty.
They first told me (3 months after buying) to go back to Amazon...Huh? Amazon has 30-day returns!
Rather than issuing a refund, they then pushed me into a drawn-out process. telling me to send photos, and jump through hoops to maybe get a replacement. That's not support; that's deflection.
It is not what you expect of a high-end company.
For a brand marketed as premium, this level of performance and service is deeply disappointing.
I posted a negative review on Amazon (which has received 830+ helpful votes in 9 months), and I strongly encourage anyone considering HexClad to read the one-star reviews on Amazon.
There are many more of them than you'd expect for a product at this price.
I wanted to like this pan, but the reality is simple: I've had far better results with much cheaper cookware that actually works.
Bottom line: Avoid HexClad. My experience is that the product didn't perform, and worse, the company did not stand behind it.

I've been shopping around for new high quality cookware! I started shopping with this company!
But the high quantity of bad reviews have made me decide against buying anything from this obviously corrupt company! Seems like they sell nothing but high priced junk! According to the reviews the absolutely do not stand behind their products! I would advise any unfortunate customer who has been cheated by this company, to report them to the Better Business Breue describing exactly what happened to you with these obviously inferior products!
Also confer with an attorney about filing a class action lawsuit for fraud and deception! This is necessary because as LONG DO S as these deceptive companies like this one get by with this, they will continue to deceive others with their inferior junk!

Resolved: Defective pans the company is giving the runaround dealing with.
- The inside coating is peeling off the pans.
- They have contacted the company multiple times without resolution.
- Our daughter's set also has coating loss.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Right after I posted on your site, I went to their site again and was able to contact them, which wasn’t possible before and immediately got response and replacement.
I’m not sure how much it had to do with you guys, but certainly seems to coincide. I think posting on here are made a difference and then going to the site where for some reason before I was unable to contact a customer service agent and this time was.
My husband has tried contacting them multiple times to get the situation resolved with the finish coming off the inside of the pans. They keep asking for information they already have been provided with and not dealing with the situation. We purchased a set of the pans for our daughter as well and had them sent directly to her, her pans also experience the same loss of coating.
User's recommendation: They are supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. If they don’t honor it, I wouldn’t advise purchasing.

Hi Leona, We completely understand your disappointment. When you've been looking forward to using your HexClad cookware and then experience issues, it's truly frustrating.
I want to reassure you that you're not necessarily doing anything wrong. There's often a learning curve with our hybrid technology. HexClad can get quite hot since it conducts heat very efficiently. A few additional tips that might help: • We suggest starting at the lowest setting and working your way up.
Try going even lower (2-3range) for most cooking.
• Make sure to preheat the pan for 1-2 minutes before adding oil • Add a bit more oil than you might think necessary, especially for delicate foods • Allow food to release naturally before flipping (it will typically "let go" when ready) • Re-season your pans (a thin layer of oil heated until it smokes, then cooled and wiped) Unfortunately this platform (pissedconsumer) does not foster open communication and we are unable to locate your information to look into your account. I bought a set of 18pc hex clad pots because it felt solid and durable; but I bought mainly because it is advertised as non-stick. After the first couple times use, the pots stick and burn each time, even on low heat.
Disappointing!

Preferred solution: Full return with money back or price reduction. Please remove the "non-stick" label from the item description.
User's recommendation: Buy it if you are looking for heavy duty pots; but don't accept the lie that it's non-stick. If you are looking for non-stick, please don't buy this as this is not real advertising.
I am very disappointed. I spent a lot of money on this and think I need to return and get refund.

Love My Pans After 6 Months but...
- The pans are amazing and hold up well.
- Clean to prevent grease buildup; use TEMU sanding squares and oil, then heat briefly.
The pans are amazing and hold up well, however you MUST stay on top of cleaning them. Do not let the grease build up it will be much harder to clean.
I also use those fine sanding paper squares or blocks you can get for cheap on TEMU. It keeps the stainless looking clean. Also you MUST treat the pan a lot like a cast iron since it is a hybrid.
Once clean I spray some cast iron oil you can get easily on Amazon and then heat it for a few min. Boom my wonderful nonstick pan is back 100 percent.

Ive had these pans for about three weeks now, and I honestly expected my cooking experience to improvebut it hasnt.
Even the simplest things, like eggs, stick to the surface, which is frustrating and not what I anticipated at this price point. For the amount of money I spent, I expected a much higher level of quality and performance.
Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. Based on my use so far, I would rate these pans a 0 out of 10.
